Makueni County has a total of 479,401 registered voters, according to data released by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
The figures show voter registration across the county’s six constituencies.
The constituency with the highest number of registered voters is Makueni, which has 102,712 voters.
It is followed by Mbooni with 96,029, Kibwezi West with 91,554, Kaiti with 65,188, Kibwezi East with 64,740, and Kilome with 59,178 voters.

Representing the interests of these constituents are six members of Parliament, elected during the 2022 general elections.
All but one are affiliated with the Wiper Democratic Movement, showing the party’s strong presence in the region.

Mbooni is represented by Erastus Kivasu Nzioka, Kilome by Thaddeus Kithua Nzambia, Kaiti by Joshua Kivinda Kimilu, Makueni by Suzanne Ndunge Kiamba, and Kibwezi East by Jessica Nduku Kiko, all from the Wiper party.
Kibwezi West stands out as the exception, represented by Eckomas Mwengi Mutuse of the Maendeleo Chap Chap party.
